Hey there, I’m
Blythe!
Through breath, sound, and presence, I support your return to calm, clarity, and connection.
I work with a variety of instruments and my voice - weaving together vibrational frequencies and breath patterns that shift stagnant energy and invite deep nervous system healing.
I’ve worked with hundreds of beautiful humans in studios, retreats, workshops and 1:1 containers who came in overwhelmed, disconnected, or depleted — and left feeling relaxed, spacious, and softly alive again.
As a certified breathwork facilitator, mindfulness teacher and sound healer, I walk beside you, not in front of you.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be hard or heavy - sometimes it’s just about being held in the right space.
My Story
Music and sound have always been my first love. I started singing when I was nine, not realizing that what I was actually doing was regulating my nervous system — that the vibration of my own voice was medicine. The frequency, the breath, the resonance — it was helping me find safety and peace long before I had language for it.
But even though singing grounded me, I was also terrified of being seen. I loved the stage and feared it at the same time. Performing felt like both home and heartbreak — the place where I met my own power and also my deepest self-doubt.
In my twenties, I chased performance and expression through acting, music, and hospitality, but underneath it all I was anxious, overextended, and disconnected from myself. Eventually, after a long cycle of burnout and searching, I was told I had “emotional dysregulation,” which I later learned was undiagnosed ADHD. That moment cracked something open — it invited me into deeper understanding of my nervous system and how I could best support myself to thrive.
That’s when I dove into breathwork, sound healing and the practices that now shape my work. Cold plunging became another medicine — something I never thought I’d do, but now can’t imagine my life without. It’s been one of the most transformative tools for grounding, clarity, and nervous system expansion.
What began as a search for stability became a journey of remembrance.
Now, everything I offer — whether through breathwork, sound, coaching, or contrast therapy — comes from that devotion: to help others return home to their bodies, soften their survival patterns, and remember how truly capable they are.
My work isn’t about fixing or striving. It’s about feeling, integrating, and reclaiming your natural state — presence, peace, and power.
