This is the most critical step! Before any session, we always begin with a consultation to clearly define your intention and desired outcome. Whether your team needs a boost of creativity and energy for a leadership retreat, or a deep dive into rest, rejuvenation, and burnout prevention, we will craft a custom experience.
Based on that intention, I design the session length (30, 60, or 90 minutes) and the core modality: using breathwork for focus, energizing, and tapping into creative flow, or leaning heavily on the sound bath for deep nervous system relaxation and stress release. The session will be uniquely designed to support your organization’s values and immediate needs.

We use these modalities to address different needs:
Breathwork (Energizing & Clarity): This is an active practice perfect for morning sessions or retreats focused on leadership, idea generation, and focus. It uses conscious, active breathing patterns to move stuck energy, reduce stress, clear mental fog, and access creative insight. It's often used to improve clarity and team communication.
Sound Bath (Relaxation & Rest): This is a restorative, passive practice where participants lie down (or sit comfortably) and are bathed in therapeutic sound frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls. This is ideal for evening sessions, burnout prevention, or promoting deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Sessions typically range from 30 to 90 minutes:
30 Minutes (Quick Reset): Perfect for a lunch-and-learn or a quick start to a meeting, offering immediate stress reduction and a mental refresh.
60 Minutes (Deep Dive): Our most popular option. This allows enough time for a full breathwork journey or a comprehensive sound bath, ensuring lasting impact.
90 Minutes (Full Integration): Ideal for retreats or deep-focus workshops where full relaxation and integration are the goal.

All we need is a quiet, spacious, and comfortable room. This could be a large conference room, a wellness studio, or a retreat hall.
Participants will need enough flat floor space to lie down (for sound baths or longer breathwork).
The room should be free from outside noise or interruptions.
We can discuss equipment; often, participants use provided yoga mats and we recommend providing a blanket (or advising attendees to bring one) as body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.
