Group Sound & Breathwork

Group sessions to rest, reconnect and receive.

True healing begins the moment you pause, listen to your body, and allow space for rest

Lay back, get cozy, and let waves of sound wash through your body.

Soundbaths use live frequencies from crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and voice to shift stagnant energy and return you to calm.

Breathwork is optional - just let me know your preference.

🕯️ Ideal for: nervous system reset, integration after deep work, emotional reset, improved sleep, clarity, or simply to receive.

Offered through:

• Public events in yoga/wellness studios

• Private group sessions (birthday, ceremony, bridal, etc.)

• Retreat collaborations

    Group Sound Bath Session

  • "I believe that when you immerse yourself in a sound ceremony, it’s so important to trust your guide. There are many layers of experience to be felt, and when the facilitator is deeply attuned to the energy of the room, playing their bowls or instruments with awareness and intention to support your journey and regulate the nervous system, it truly makes all the difference. Blythe embodies this so beautifully. I’ve always felt deeply supported during her sessions and have had the joy of having her guide many sound experiences at my retreats. I highly recommend exploring this practice with her."
